（１）2017年4月以降に、上記の大学院の正規生として在籍する者。
Applicants must belong to Master's program or Doctoral Program of above mentioned graduate schools at
Chiba University from April 2017.
（２）学業、人物ともに優秀で、真に経済的援助を必要とする者。また、日本語コミュニケーションに支障のない
者。
Excellent international student who needs financial support and who is able to communicate in Japanese.
（３）在留資格「留学」を有する者
Applicants must have "College Student" visa.
（４）上記の国または地域出身の者
Applicants must be the international students who are from above mentioned countries or regions.
