We will provide the services as listed in Exhibit A at the rates stated therein and grant you a license to use the work product we develop as part of a consulting services engagement. Our tasks are listed on Exhibit B. We will deliver those services on a time and materials basis; the number of hours that we actually deliver may vary from the estimated number of hours listed on the attachment. You will reimburse us for all reasonable expenses we incur when delivering the services. We will invoice you periodically as we deliver the services. Marketing. We have the right to issue a mutually-agreed press release that includes a quotation from one of your senior executives. You may also issue a press release with our prior review and approval. Each party grants the other the right to use its name and logo in public communications, on websites, in presentations, in marketing collateral and at marketing events. Master Agreement. This order and the use of the products and services listed on Exhibit A are governed by the terms of a master agreement currently in effect between you and us or if one does not exist, by the Software License Terms and Conditions listed at http://www.microstrategy.com/licensing on the effective date (Master Agreement). This order is the complete agreement for your purchase; it may only be modified by another document signed by both of us.
