HeliDays Austria fireworks HeliDays Austria fireworks Haftungsausschluss Die Teilnehmer an der Luftfahrtveranstaltung HeliDaysAustria & Seaplane MeetingTraunsee 2016 erklären mit Abgabe der Nennung den Verzicht auf Ansprüche (strafrechtlich und zivilrechtlich) für Schäden jeder Art, die im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung entstehen, gegen: den Veranstalter, seine Mitarbeiter, Helfer, Grundstückseigner, Behörden, Erfüllungshilfen und andere Personen, die mit der Organisation der Veranstaltung in Verbindung stehen, die anderen Teilnehmer, deren Helfer, den Eigentümern, Halter der anderen Luftfahrzeuge, dem eigenen Bewerber, Piloten, Passagier, Kopiloten und Helfer. Der Teilnehmer hat dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass für sein Luftfahrzeug eine ausreichende und gültige Haftpflichtversicherung vorhanden ist. Die Luftfahrzeuge, die an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen, müssen für Flüge in Österreich zugelassen sein. Exclusion of liability With registration for participation in the aviation event HeliDaysAustria & Seaplane MeetingTraunsee 2016, participants declare agreement to waiver all claims (penal and civil law) for damages of any sor t occurring in conjunction with the event, against: the organizer, coworkers, helpers, landlord, public authorities, sub-contractors and other persons involved with the organization of the event; other participants, their helpers, the owners, holders of the other aircrafts, their own entrants, pilots, passengers, co-pilots and helpers. The participant must ensure that his/ her aircraft has adequate and valid aircraft indemnity insurance. The aircrafts taking part at the Event must have the certification to operate in Austria.
