sold in the county last
year. That’s a decrease of
111 units compared with
2012, according to data
provided by Hanley Wood.
Nationwide, the company
reported 7,145 sales for
the year ended Nov. 30, up
from 6,282 homes in the
prior year. The L.A.-based
homebuilder reported $2.1
billion in revenue last year,
a 35 percent increase from
2012. Net income was $40
million last year compared
with a net loss of $59
million in 2012. KB Home’s
current L.A. projects are in
Santa Clarita and
Playa Vista.
