Vom 8. bis zum 20. August 2016 bietet die J.S.Bach-Stiftung mit Sitz in St.Gallen Jugendlichen der SBW
Lernhäuser die exklusive Chance, unter der Regie des renommierten Tanzpädagogen Royston Maldoom eine
Choreographie einzustudieren, die im Rahmen der Appenzeller Bachtage 2016 aufgeführt wird.
From 8 to 20 August 2016 (Appenzeller Bachtage 2016) the J.S.Bach Foundation with headquarters in St.Gallen
offers SBW students the exclusive chance to rehearse a choreography under the direction of renowned dance
instructor Royston Maldoom.

Ich stimme zu, dass mein Kind vom 08.-20. August bei
den Proben und Aufführungen unter der Leitung von
Royston Maldoom, internationaler Starchoreograph,
teilnimmt und in dieser Zeit unter Aufsicht eines
Erwachsenen in der Gruppenunterkunft Alpstein in
Teufen übernachtet und dort verpflegt wird. Mein
Kind ist in dieser Zeit über die SBW Haus des Lernens
AG versichert.
Ich bin einverstanden, dass von meinem Kind in
diesem Zusammenhang vor und während der Proben
sowie während der Aufführungen, Aufnahmen in Foto
und Film gemacht, Interviews geführt werden und
dieses Material veröffentlicht wird. Ich verzichte auf
Honorarzahlungen in jeglicher Form und erhebe
keinerlei Ansprüche in der Zukunft.
Ich gestatte die Nutzung der Fotos und
Videoaufzeichnungen für alle Medien (Print,
Presseerzeugnissen, Flyer, Poster, Internet und Film).
Eine zeitliche, räumliche oder inhaltliche
Beschränkung der Verwendung ist nicht vereinbart.
Der Weiterverkauf von Bildern und Filmmaterial ist
ohne Bezug zu den Appenzeller Bachtagen nicht
zulässig. Die SBW und die J.S. Bachstiftung versichern
hiermit ausdrücklich, dass das Bildmaterial nicht für
Zwecke unerlaubter oder strafbarer Handlungen oder
in rufschädigender Art verwendet und veröffentlicht
wird.
I agree that my child takes part in rehearsals and
performances headed by Royston Maldoom,
international star choreographer. I agree that my child
will stay during this time (August 8th – 20th) and under
adult supervision at the Youth Hostal Alpstein in
Teufen. During this time my child/ren are insured by
SBW Haus des Lernens AG.
I herewith agree that in this regard photos, film
material and interviews may be taken and published of
my child before and during the rehearsals as well as on
performance days. I waive payments of any fees or
compensations and agree to pose no future claims.
I authorize the SBW Haus des Lernens AG as well as
the J.S. Bach Foundation to make use of all media
(print, press publications, pamphlets, internet and
film). I agree that photos and film footage may be used
without time or content related restrictions.
The attribution of the photographed lies at the
discretion of SBW and J.S. Bach Foundation. The resale
of any images or video material without reference to
the Appenzeller Bachtage is not permitted.
The SBW Haus de Lernens AG and the J.S. Foundation
herewith warrant the prohibition of the misuse of the
above mentioned images or video footage in any form.
