Kündigung der 5,50 % Wandelschuldverschreibungen 2012/2019

Gemäß § 3 Abs. 3 Satz 1 der Anleihebedingungen kündigt die TAG Immobilien AG die oben genannte Wandelschuldverschreibungen zum 3. September
2016. Die vorzeitige Rückzahlung erfolgt am 5. September 2016 zu 100% des
Nennbetrags nebst aufgelaufener Zinsen für den Zeitraum vom 28. Juni 2016
(einschließlich) bis zum Tag der vorzeitigen Rückzahlung (ausschließlich).
Die Anleihegläubiger werden darauf hingewiesen, dass sie
bis zum 22. August 2016
die Gelegenheit haben, ihr Wandlungsrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 3 der Anleihebedingungen auszuüben. Der gemäß § 11 Abs. 4 der Anleihebedingungen angepasste Wandlungspreis beträgt EUR 7,4729.

Call for early redemption of the 5.50% Convertible Notes 2012/2019
ISIN DE000A1PGZM3 – WKN A1PGZM
Pursuant to Section 3(3) Sentence 1 of the Terms and Conditions, the TAG
Immobilien AG gives notice to redeem the aforementioned Convertible Notes
as per 3 September 2016. The early redemption will take place on
5 September 2016 at 100% of the Convertible Notes’ principal amount together with accrued interest from and including 28 June 2016 until (but not including) the date of early redemption.
The holders of the Convertible Notes are reminded that pursuant to Section 6(3) of the Terms and Conditions they have the opportunity to exercise
their conversion right
until 22 August 2016.
The adjusted conversion price according to Section 11(4) of the Terms and
Conditions is EUR 7,4729.
