Sicherheits- und Montagehinweise unserer LED Module
Die LED-Module sind für den direkten Netzanschluss entwickelt (230 V AC). Die Installation
ist unter Beachtung der relevanten landesspezifischen Sicherheitsvorschriften und Normen
durchzuführen. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Polycarbonatabdeckungen für die LED
Module und die Subplatine mit einem Schrumpfschlauch oder Gehäuse gegen Berührung zu
schützen.
Das LED-Modul ist ein Einbaumodul zum Einbau in Leuchten.

Geeignet für Leuchten der Schutzklasse I, Erdung ist für die Einhaltung der
Sicherheitsbestimmungen zwingend erforderlich.

Im Falle einer Anwendung in einer Leuchte der Schutzklasse II müssen die
Sicherheitsbestimmungen gem. Leuchtensicherheitsstandard eingehalten werden.

Der Betrieb des LED-Moduls ist nicht erlaubt, wenn es nicht in eine Leuchte
eingebaut ist. Abhängig von der Anwendung müssen Sicherheitsnormen für Leuchten
beachtet werden (z.B. EN 60598 für Europa). Bei Export der LED Module sind die
länderspezifischen Normen einzuhalten.
Spannungsführende Teile dürfen nicht berührt werden.

Die Luft- und Kriechstrecken des Moduls sind für Leuchten der Schutzklasse I
ausgelegt. Beim Einbau müssen die erforderlichen Normen eingehalten werden (z.B.
EN 60598).
Die angegebenen Grenzwerte in dieser Spezifikation dürfen nicht
überschritten werden.
Das Modul muss auf einer thermisch leitfähigen Unterlage fixiert werden. Der
Kühlkörper muss ausreichend groß dimensioniert werden.
Die Installation soll nur durch Elektrofachkräfte erfolgen.
Es dürfen keine Änderungen am Modul vorgenommen werden.
Safety and Assembly Instructions regarding our LED modules
Our LED modules have been developed for direct power supply (230 V AC). The installation
must be made under consideration of all relevant safety regulations and standard
specifications of the respective country. We recommend the use of polycarbonate covers for
LED modules and heat shrink tube or housing for the sub-driver for protection against
accidental contact.
The LED module is intended solely for installation in luminaires.

The LED module is suitable for lamps of category class I equipment, grounding is
mandatory in accordance with the compliance of safety regulations.

In case the LED module is to be used in lamps of category class II equipment the
safety regulations regarding lamp safety standards is to be complied with.

The operation of the LED module without prior installation in a lamp is prohibited.
Depending on the application the respective safety standards for luminaires must be
observed (p.e. EN 60598 for Europe). When exporting the LED module the respective
country specific norm is to be complied with.
Energized parts may not be touched.

The air gap and creepage distance of the module are constructed for lamps of category
class I equipment. During installation the mandatory norms must be complied with
(p.e. EN 60598).
The stated critical values in this specification may not be exceeded.
The module must be fixed by a thermic conductive underground. The heat sink must
have sufficient dimensions to absorb the heat for proper thermal management.
The installation should only be done by electrically trained personnel.
The module is not to be altered in any way.
