Wir sind der Spezialist für nahtlose und geschweißte
Edelstahlrohrbogen gemäß DIN EN 10253-4/A+B.
Aktuell lagern wir circa 100 Tonnen Rohrbögen aus
1.4541 und 1.4571 aus Eigen- und Fremdproduktion im
Abmessungsbereich:
20,0 x 2,0 bis 219,1 x 8,2 mm in Bauform 2D
10,2 x 2,0 bis 219,1 x 12,0 mm in Bauform 3D
17,2 x 2,3 bis 219,1 x 8,2 mm in Bauform 5D
Als TÜV-zugelassener Hersteller gemäß der Druckgeräte Richtlinie 97/23/EG sowie AD2000-Merkblatt W0
haben wir die Möglichkeit, Ihnen in unserem Werk in
Illingen kurzfristig Rohrbogen gemäß DIN EN 10253-4/
A+B im Abmessungsbereich:
20 x 2,0 mm bis 114,3 x 8,8 mm in Bauform 2D
20 x 2,0 mm bis 114,3 x 11,0 mm in Bauform 3D
20 x 2,0 mm bis 60,3 x 8,8 mm in Bauform 5D
herzustellen.
Neben unseren Haupt- und Lagerwerkstoffen 1.4541
und 1.4571 haben wir auch die Möglichkeit weitere
Werkstoffe wie 1.4307, 1.4404, 1.4539, 1.4462, 1.4828,
1.4841 aus Neufertigung anzubieten.
Formstücke wie Rohrbogen, T-Stücke, Reduzierungen
und Rohrkappen können wir ebenfalls in unserem
Werk in Illingen schleifen und polieren. Dabei sind
Oberflächen mit den Körnungen K240, K320, K400,
K600 sowie hochglanzpolierte Oberflächen möglich.
Wir beliefern täglich den Edelstahlgroßhandel im Inund Ausland. Neutrale Direktlieferungen an Endkunden gehören ebenfalls zu unserem Tagesgeschäft.
Uns zeichnen ein gut sortiertes Lager, kurze Reaktionszeiten sowie eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung aus.
