保育・幼児教育の効果に関する海外の調査
Brain sensitivity is highest for different types of foundation skills
before children entre school.
（幼少期における脳の感受性）
Ensuring access to quality ECEC is important for all children, to ensure an opportunity to learn
and grow in good learning and well-being environments.
子どもの脳は生まれると同時に発達しており、幼少期から様々な脳機能を発達させる
環境を充実させることが重要。量を拡大し受け入れ体制を整備することを前提として、
子どもに高い質のECECの機会を提供することが極めて重要。
