深才下宿貸間組合が管理するアパート等の予約抽選会について
来年４月から深才下宿貸間組合が管理するアパート等への入居を希望する者
は、下記のとおり予約抽選会を行いますので出席してください。アパート等の
空室一覧につきましては、下宿貸間組合のホームページ
（http://www.kashimakumiai.net/）に掲載してありますので、予約抽選会まで
に希望する物件を選んでおいてください。8 月下旬に平成 29 年度の空室一覧表
が更新される予定です。なお、物件についての問い合わせは深才下宿貸間組合
事務局（JA 越後ながおか才津支所内 0258-46-2533）までお願いします。

一覧表の台帳番号（空室予定一覧）順に予約受付を行います。
希望者が複数の場合や号室を決定する際は、抽選となります。
４．その他
予約手続きには、保証人 (保護者)の連絡先等の記入が必要にな
りますので、友人等に代理予約を頼む場合は、その事も伝える
よう注意してください。（留学生は記入の必要がない）
【注意事項】
① 契約後の手続きとして、12 月頃までに来年４月分の家賃等を深才下宿貸間組
合に支払わなければなりません。
（案内はおって保証人あてに送付されます。）
② 予約は原則として取消しできないので慎重に選択してください。
③ 敷金・礼金は不要ですが、最低１年単位（４月～翌年３月）の入居が原則で
あり、年度途中で退去する場合は、家賃３ヵ月分相当を支払わなければなり
ません。
④ 申込手続き終了後、貸主との間で契約書を作成します。
⑤ 家賃以外の毎月の主な費用は次のとおりです。
（管理費 1,500 円、住民費 150 円、駐輪・駐車場料金 2,500 円以下、光熱水費、共通経費等（ CATV
料金等））
⑥ 退居時に別途クリーニング料金が発生します。

RESERVATION FOR HOUSING BY SHINSAI ROOM & LODGING UNION
The reservation for housing managed by FUKASAI ROOM & LODGING UNION will
start as below. If you are looking for a place to live from next April , you can select a
dwelling from the list of the vacant rooms. （http://www.kashimakumiai.net/）
The list of space rooms is going to be updated in the end of August .Inquiry contact
information(0258-46-2533).

● Reservation: starts in the order of the number on the lists. When the number of
applicants exceeds the quota, the winners will be selected by lottery.
<IF YOU WIN THE HOUSING IN THE LOTTERY…>
● You cannot cancel your reservation.
● After all the necessary procedures, you will make a contact with the owner.
● You are to pay the application fee (including the monthly rent for April) to the
association.(The reminder mail will be sent to the guarantor.)
● You are not required to pay the deposit and the key money; however, you are to live
in the apartment at least for a year. Leaving the place within a year causes you a
payment equivalent to 3 month-rent-fee.
● The extra monthly fees you are to pay other than your rent are …
* 1,500 yen for management fee, * 150 yen for community fee, * Electricity, gas, water
supply fee, * Parking Charge (if you own a car) etc.
● When you leave the room, a cleaning rate occurs separately.
