NOTICE (Adult) (DOM REL 61) IN THE MATTER OF: PAULA M. PRAITHER HILL FOR CHANGE OF NAME TO: PAULA M. JOHNSON In the Circuit Court for Charles County Civil No.: C 15-140 The above Petitioner has filed a Petition for Change of Name in which he/she seeks to change his/her name from Paula M. Praither Hill to Paula Monique Johnson. The petitioner is seeking a name change because: I’ve been using Johnson all my life. Just finding out that my name was Paula M. Praither Hill. I just want to keep Johnson the name I’ve been using for 42 yrs. Any person may file an objection to the Petition on or before the 2nd day of March, 2015. The objection must be supported by an affidavit and served upon the Petitioner in accordance with Maryland Rule 1-321. Failure to file an objection or affidavit within the time allowed may result in a judgment by default or the granting of the relief sought.
